For example, biometric information is used solely for feedback from a Health Coach. If you opt not to share this information or request its deletion, we may deny service access, and our business partner may, at their discretion, refund not availed pack costs.

For instance, if you report being female and sleeping an average of six hours per night, we may combine this with other users' data and share aggregated insights, but we will not disclose your identity.

(b) Information Collected Automatically

Cookies are identifiers transferred to your computer or mobile device that allow us to recognize your device and understand how and when you visit our website.

Additionally, Livera Care is highly sensitive to children's privacy and does not engage in marketing directed at children. No profiling segments are intended to be established for children.

Only you can authorize who can view and share your medical records. We will not provide access to anyone unless you authorize it. Your data will only be shared with Livera Care Health Coaches for feedback and coaching purposes.

(b) Technical and Maintenance Contractors

While providing products or services, Livera Care's technical and maintenance contractors may have limited access to your information, which will be in encrypted form. These contractors include technicians, vendors, and suppliers that provide Livera Care with technology, services, and content for website operation and maintenance. Access to your personal information by these contractors is limited to what is reasonably necessary for them to perform their functions for Livera Care. We also require these contractors to protect your privacy in accordance with this policy.

(c) Legal Action

Livera Care may disclose your personal information in connection with legal action against someone violating Livera Care policy or applicable law, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.
